Job summary

Bridgewater Bank is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our growing team, reporting to the Vice President Marketing. The role supports product marketing, communications, digital marketing, and more, turning ideas into high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment.

You will write and edit content for collateral, manage campaigns, updates to the website and SEO, and plan social media. Collaboration with internal teams and creative partners is essential to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant marketing experience.
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; able to translate business needs into clear marketing content.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality work.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross‑functional partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executional support for marketing projects and cross‑functional initiatives, helping ensure deliverables and deadlines stay on track.
  • Oversee promotional item inventory and coordination.
  • Ensure marketing materials and communications align with Bridgewater brand standards.
  • Provide cross‑functional support across the Marketing team as needed to advance department and business priorities.

PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Previous experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated industry.
  • Experience executing product marketing, sales enablement, marketing campaigns, communications, or digital marketing initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of SEO, website content management, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite or other marketing and design platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies, systems, and processes quickly.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

The typical annual base pay range for this role is between $63,700 - $75,200 Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
