The Commerce Bank Northwest in Seattle is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Consultant. You will service high-value clients, expand relationships, and align treasury products with client needs while coordinating with product/vendor teams.

Responsibilities include onboarding major relationships, addressing issues to resolution, and driving cross-sell opportunities, with a focus on exceptional client service.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor's in business, finance or related field and some banking/treasury experience.
• Basic knowledge of banking, treasury management, products and procedures.
• Strong sales, client product and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Provide primary servicing support for portfolio clients of high value, complex Treasury Management relationships.
• Expand and build relationships; maintain high client satisfaction by generating and servicing treasury needs.
• Track client issues to resolution and coordinate with other teams for action.
• Escalate issues as needed with bankers, management and product/vendor teams.
• Align loan clients with treasury products that fit ongoing needs.
• Identify other client banking needs and collaborate on cross-sell opportunities.
• Facilitate onboarding of major client relationships or complex industries.
• Review sales, service and implementation processes to identify efficiencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
