Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted treasury management resource for commercial clients.
Partner with relationship managers to support existing and prospective clients.
Conduct treasury relationship reviews to identify needs.
Present treasury solutions in a consultative manner.
Identify opportunities to expand treasury fee income.
Support sales efforts involving card programs, merchant services, and cash management.
Coordinate onboarding with operations, product, and relationship management teams.
Track client interactions and opportunities in CRM.
Escalate client concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Suggest process improvements for treasury sales and client experience.
