Job summary

Zions Bancorporation in Seattle, WA seeks a seasoned Treasury Management Sales Consultant to deliver servicing excellence for high-value treasury clients. You will expand relationships, manage treasury needs, and coordinate with product/vendor teams to resolve issues promptly.

The role emphasizes cross-sell opportunities, onboarding major relationships, and improving processes while leveraging strong banking knowledge and client service skills.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s in business, finance or related field and some banking, treasury/cash management, product sales, relationship management, lending or other related experience.
• Basic knowledge of banking, treasury management, banking/treasury products, and procedures.
• Knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements.
• Good sales, client product, and relationship management skills.
• Good influence, problem resolution, customer service, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and use PCs and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provides primary servicing support for portfolio clients of high value, complex Treasury Management relationships.
• Expands and builds relationships, maintains high client satisfaction, and services treasury needs.
• Tracks client issues to resolution and coordinates with other teams for action.
• Escalates issues to bankers, management, and product/vendor teams.
• Aligns loan clients with treasury products to fit ongoing needs.
• Identifies other client banking needs and partners on cross-sell opportunities.
• Facilitates onboarding of major client relationships or complex industry types.
• Reviews sales, service and implementation processes to recommend efficiencies.
