Responsibilities

• Assist customers with implementation documentation to ensure a smooth implementation of new banking services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships by offering solutions.
• Understand customer needs and deliver service in a knowledgeable, professional manner.
• Plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with other groups and accompany TMPC virtually on customer calls.
