U.S. Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Associate (TMA) to join our team of professionals. You will support Treasury Management Sales Consultants and collaborate with Implementation to drive effective banking solutions for corporate clients.

The role emphasizes client onboarding, relationship development, and delivering accurate, professional service. A Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in banking or customer service are preferred, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in banking or customer service.
• Knowledge of treasury management products is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with implementation documentation to ensure a smooth implementation of new banking services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships by offering solutions to meet identified needs.
• Clearly understand customer needs and provide knowledgeable, accurate, and professional customer service.
• Plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
• Foster collaboration with other groups by building credibility and trust.
• May accompany Treasury Management Sales Consultants (TMSC) on customer calls.
