Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales Associate to support TMPC in revenue-generating activities and coordinate with Treasury Management Implementation for client service delivery.

The role involves assisting with documentation, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring smooth onboarding for business customers. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of banking/customer service experience, with strong communication and basic treasury knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• One to three years of relevant experience, preferably in banking and/or customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with implementation documentation to ensure a smooth implementation of new banking services.
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing customer relationships by offering solutions to meet identified needs.
• Understand customer needs and expectations while delivering professional customer service and handling inquiries or complaints.
• Plan, organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with other groups to build credibility and trust.
