Job summary

U.S. Bank Sacramento area is hiring a Treasury Management Sales Analyst to assess customer needs, manage pricing, and support RFP content. You will help drive deal development and maintain client data across the deal lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, with strong communication, analytical, and MS Office skills to identify revenue opportunities and collaborate with Treasury Management teams on cross-sell strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Two or more years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Treasury Management products and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines with limited supervision.
• High level of technical ability with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Analyze resources to understand complex customer needs and outputs.
• Manage pricing functions and new pricing requests with detailed analysis.
• Assist in reviewing and documenting RFP content and client responses.
• Facilitate deal development by collecting and monitoring client data.
• Create and update pipeline opportunities in the sales tool.
• Prepare documentation for pre-sale activities and implementations.
• Identify revenue opportunities by analyzing data for future trends.
• Collaborate to drive new sales and cross-sell Treasury Management products.
• Participate in Working Capital engagement and client materials.
• Initiate actions to meet client needs with sound judgment.
• Provide feedback to Sales, Product and Operations on products and gaps.
• Participate in relationship reviews and adhere to ethics and AML policies.
