Responsibilities

• Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Works within guidelines to acquire/expand/retain client relationships to generate revenue and deepen share of wallet; handles origination, financial analysis, negotiation and documentation of non-credit products/services.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients; identifies and mitigates regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by providing ideas based on client needs and their financial well-being; aims to increase client engagement and loyalty through strategic dialogue.
• Manages internal/external relationships to acquire/expand clients, leverage products, and convert opportunities; analyzes treasury knowledge and industry benchmarks.
