Job summary

Blue Sky Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist II to support growth and servicing of commercial treasury relationships. You will coordinate onboarding, onboarding, account servicing, and ongoing relationship activities for customers and Treasury Management Officers.

The role emphasizes customer service, precision in operations, and collaboration across bank teams to deliver seamless treasury solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 1–3 years of banking experience, including Treasury Management Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with commercial clients and prospects utilizing deposit and treasury management services.
• Support prospecting, marketing, selling, and cross-selling of treasury management services and commercial deposit accounts.
• Open and maintain commercial deposit accounts and associated services.
• Perform treasury management onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing servicing for customers.
• Prepare treasury management documentation and ensure proper completion and maintenance.
• Serve as a liaison between customers, Treasury Management Officers, and internal bank departments to support implementation and resolve issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service via Treasury Management channels.
• Assist with treasury management audits, risk assessments, and related documentation.
• Collaborate with Retail, Deposit Operations, Fraud, Wire Operations and internal teams.
