Job summary

Blue Sky Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist II to support commercial deposit and treasury management relationships. You will assist with onboarding, implementation, and ongoing servicing for customers, acting as a liaison between clients and internal bank teams.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and a sales mindset to help deliver a seamless treasury management experience while collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of banking experience, including 9 months–2 years of Treasury Management Services experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of banking products, computer systems, and software applications.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with commercial clients and prospects using deposit and treasury management services.
• Support prospecting, marketing, selling, and cross-selling treasury management services and commercial deposit accounts.
• Open and maintain commercial deposit accounts (Commercial Analysis, Small Business, etc.).
• Perform treasury management onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing servicing for customers.
• Prepare treasury management documents and ensure required documents are completed and signed.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal bank departments to support implementation and resolve issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service via Treasury Management Inbox and TM Support Line.
• Support Mobile and Remote Deposit reviews and limit approvals as needed.
• Process manual domestic and international wire requests.
• Complete account maintenance and closures as requested by Relationship Managers or TM Officers.
• Assist customers with Virtual Vault deposits and other treasury services.
• Assist with treasury management audits, risk assessments, approvals, and related documentation.
• Build strong working relationships with internal partners across departments.
• Adapt between sales/custody and operational tasks.
