You will lead outside prospecting, build strong client relationships, and collaborate with Banking Relationship Managers to grow revenue while ensuring top-tier service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of Treasury Management sales experience.
• Proven sales, prospecting and new business development skills.
• Strong client service and relationship skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new Payment business including Merchant, Treasury Management and Card products.
• Prospect and contact clients to provide consultative advice on cash conversion, working capital and processes.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to service and expand existing client accounts.
• Analyze receivables/payables cycles for client relationships.
• Provide actionable feedback and product/service recommendations to clients.
• Leverage resources to optimize client experience and achieve sales and retention goals.
• Assist in structuring and implementing new or modified Payment services.
