Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 1+ years of experience in banking operations, treasury support, or a related client service role.

Responsibilities

• Execute standard treasury onboarding, implementation, and maintenance for Business Banking and Commercial clients.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure accuracy and compliance with policy.
• Provide first‑level support for treasury management solutions and resolve routine issues.
• Schedule client training on treasury platforms and payment workflows.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and collaborate with Relationship Managers and Product teams.
