Job summary

Deerwood Bank in Minnesota seeks a Treasury Management Manager to lead and grow the Treasury Management function across Mendota Heights, St Michael, Waite Park, or Baxter. This hands-on leadership role requires relationship building with business customers, lenders, and teammates to deliver simple, helpful treasury solutions and client satisfaction.

The starting pay range is $120,000–$165,000 annually, with discretionary incentives.

Qualifications

• Experience in Treasury Management or related financial services.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and customer service skills.
• Leadership experience with team coaching and development.
• Knowledge of deposits, payment systems, and treasury products.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Treasury Management team, set goals, monitor performance, and coach staff.
• Grow Treasury Management deposits by prospecting, referrals, networking, and joint calling.
• Serve as a Treasury Management resource for customers and Bank staff; assist product selection and training.
• Support risk management, policy compliance, audits, and vendor management activities.
