Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at internship start; must not have graduated prior to start date.
• Preferred majors include Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Communications, Accounting, Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in client-facing business, banking, finance or relationship management.
• Demonstrated motivation, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort engaging with diverse people.
• General business acumen and curiosity about how businesses operate.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.
• Work alongside Treasury Management Sales Analysts to gain exposure to how Treasury Management teams support corporate clients.
• Learn about treasury products and services, including deposit accounts, payments and receivables solutions, online banking platforms, and related banking technology.
• Support day-to-day sales and relationship management activities by assisting with client presentations, research, and administrative projects.
• Observe and participate in client meetings, sales calls, and relationship discussions to understand client-facing banking roles.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management Officers, Sales Analysts, and Relationship Managers to support client service and business development initiatives.
• Complete project-based work and present findings through an end-of-summer presentation or team project.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and networking opportunities while learning about potential career paths.
