Qualifications

• 2+ years of Banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with Business Bankers and Virtual Bankers in assigned markets.
• Prospects and existing customers to generate Treasury Management and deposit business.
• Achieves or exceeds production goals.
• Closes new business with referrals from bankers.
• Proposes financial services through a consultative approach.
• Identifies deepening opportunities with existing customers.
• Prepares sales presentations and pricing negotiations.
• Sets onboarding expectations and testing requirements.
• Prepares and executes implementation documents for new services.
• Coordinates with Onboarding Team for smooth enrollment.
• Follows up on newly implemented treasury management services to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborates with Treasury Management Client Services to deliver exceptional service.
• Assists with understanding treasury management product risk and policy adherence.
• Maintains SRM system entries for calls, pipelines, and sales.
