Job summary

Worthington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Sales & Service Officer to drive growth, implement and support Treasury Management products for business customers. You will work with lenders, frontline staff, and operations to identify needs, demonstrate solutions, and ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.

The role serves as a senior resource in the department, with opportunities for leadership development and potential supervisory responsibilities based on performance and needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 10+ years banking experience; 5+ in Treasury Management.
• Experience with ACH, wires, online/mobile banking and cash management.
• Knowledge of NACHA rules and fraud risk preferred.
• Proven leadership potential and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Treasury Management relationships and provide ongoing sales, service, and relationship support.
• Coordinate onboarding, documentation, product setup, testing, customer training, and post-implementation follow-up.
• Serve as primary contact for servicing needs and issue resolution.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, and process improvements.
• Participate in customer and prospect meetings and business development.
