Job summary

First Horizon Bank in Memphis, TN seeks an experienced Treasury Communications professional to advise internal partners, develop comprehensive communication plans for treasury products and services, and lead multiple projects to successful execution.

The role requires strong written/verbal communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to create training materials and presentations for internal teams and clients. Collaboration with Marketing and enterprise functions is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, associates, and cross-functional partners.
• Capable of facilitating meetings, delivering presentations, and responding effectively to inquiries from executive management, associates, and external clients.
• Experience developing sales materials, product fact sheets, and other communications relevant to Treasury Management products.

• Consult with internal partners to assess internal and external communication needs and recommend optimal solutions.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive communication plans regarding treasury products and service changes for internal teams and clients.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and optimization of treasury solutions.
• Provide training, presentations, and resources on treasury solutions and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and organized project documentation and track key deliverables.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and enterprise functions to drive awareness and ensure alignment to organizational standards.
• Utilize work collaboration tools to manage tasks, share information, and communicate project updates.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend enhancements and maintain a consultative edge.
• Manage the TM Communications processes: monthly newsletter, distribution lists, create and management of TM Compass site.

• Proficient with work collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and project management applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• 5 years of relevant banking experience required


• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or project management role is highly preferred.
