Job summary

First Horizon Corporation is seeking a Treasury Communications Lead in Brentwood, TN, to partner with internal teams and clients. You will design and deliver comprehensive communication plans for treasury products and service changes, coordinating multiple projects and ensuring alignment with corporate standards and messaging.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a track record in banking and client-facing consulting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of relevant banking experience required.
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or project management role is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with internal partners to assess internal and external communication needs and recommend optimal solutions.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver comprehensive communication plans regarding treasury products and service changes for internal teams and clients.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution and optimization of treasury solutions.
• Provide training, presentations, and resources on treasury solutions and procedures.
• Maintain detailed and organized project documentation and track key deliverables.
• Partner closely with Marketing, Communications, and enterprise functions to drive awareness and ensure alignment to organizational standards.
• Utilize work collaboration tools to manage tasks, share information, and communicate project updates.
• Continuously monitor industry trends to recommend enhancements and maintain a consultative edge.
• Manage the TM Communications processes: monthly newsletter, distribution lists, create and management of TM Compass site.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, associates, and cross-functional partners.
• Capable of facilitating meetings, delivering presentations, and responding effectively to inquiries from executive management, associates, and external clients.
• Experience developing sales materials, product fact sheets, and other communications relevant to Treasury Management products.

Project Management, Organizational, and Consulting Skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with acute attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Proven track record of serving as a consultant for client-facing solutions, including needs assessment, strategy development, and solution implementation.
• Proficient with work collaboration tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, and project management applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of relevant banking experience required
• Experience in a client-facing, consultative, or project management role is highly preferred.
