Job summary

Zions Bancorporation is hiring a Treasury Management Client Services Specialist to support Western US operations from our on-site centers, including Midvale, UT. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service for Treasury Management products and resolving client issues by phone or email.

You will open Salesforce cases, document resolutions, and collaborate with teams to address fraud and reporting needs. Strong knowledge of treasury products and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED and some banking/operations or accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related systems.
• Ability to work well with clients and team members; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Treasury Management clients via phone or email.
• Handle questions or problems related to Treasury Management products: collections, disbursements, information reporting, fraud protection, account analysis/billing, and merchant services.
• Open Salesforce cases for each client issue, respond promptly, and document activity and resolution.
• Identify root causes of errors and escalate to supervisor as needed.
• Proactively reach out to clients when issues occur to provide workaround solutions.
• Coordinate fraud responses with clients, securing affidavits and updating transactions.
• Troubleshoot issues by researching in internal Treasury systems.
