Zions Bancorporation is seeking a Treasury Management Client Services Specialist to join our Treasury Management Operations team, based in a western United States center. The role supports Treasury Management clients by phone or email on issues spanning collections, disbursements, reporting, fraud protection, account analysis and merchant services.

The successful candidate will open Salesforce cases, document activity and resolutions, and collaborate with clients to resolve issues, including

Qualificações

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education and some banking/operations experience.
• Knowledge of treasury and cash management products with strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well with clients and team members, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and related systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to Treasury Management clients via phone or email.
• Handle questions or problems related to Treasury Management products (collections, disbursements, reporting, fraud protection, account analysis, merchant services).
• Open Salesforce cases for client issues, respond timely, document activity and resolution.
• Identify root causes of errors and elevate issues to supervisor as needed.
• Proactively reach out to clients to provide workaround solutions and coordinate fraud responses.
