Job summary

SouthState Bank, National Association seeks to fill a Treasury Management Support role to provide ongoing email and phone client support for TM products and services. You will research inquiries, respond in a timely manner, and ensure all documentation and processes comply with regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining knowledge of TM offerings, assisting with client analysis, and supporting sales officers in identifying additional TM needs.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years in Treasury Management or related banking operations.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products/services and online banking systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organization and accuracy.
• Ability to read, write, speak English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain knowledge of TM products, services, pricing, and setup documentation.
• Provide primary phone support for TM issues and client resolution.
• Research and respond to TM client inquiries in a timely manner.
• Advise on security improvements and product utilization.
• Meet SLAs for TM implementations and timelines.
• Ensure TM docs comply with regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain client additions/changes/deletions logs.
• Assist TM Sales Officers to identify client needs and upsell TM products.
• Provide telephone sales support for basic TM products.
• Provide SME support to internal staff.
• Support special projects.
• Participate in data mapping and testing for mergers.
• Other duties as assigned.
