Formación

• 2+ years of relevant experience.

• NMLS registration may be required.

Responsabilidades

• In-person customer service at the bank or service desk.
• Remote/virtual customer service via phone, email, online chat, or text.
• Provide pre- and post-sales support, including quotations and sales order processing.
• Support banking branch operations and general banking services.
