Job summary

Phaxis is seeking a Treasury Management Solutions specialist to join a remote team delivering integrated technology solutions for clients’ cash management and working capital needs.

Responsibilities include serving as the primary client contact, liaising with bank units, coordinating servicing of accounts, and delivering virtual trainings, with opportunity to contribute to product enhancements and updated training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and how they apply to cash management.
• Proficiency with internet-based research and client communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Comfort with Windows PC environments and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary phone contact for clients and internal units to research and resolve problems and inquiries, ensuring client satisfaction.
• Act as liaison between client and bank units to resolve problems and fulfill requests.
• Coordinate with clients, account officers, and departments to ensure proper servicing and execution of paperwork.
• Facilitate and deliver virtual training conference calls.
• Provide feedback and collaborate with SMEs to understand new product offerings and enhancements.
• Ensure training materials and methodologies are up-to-date for a positive client experience.

Treasury Management Solutions Division

As a member of the Treasury Management Solutions group, you will make a difference by delivering integrated technology solutions to help clients more efficiently manage their businesses and working capital. This group drives and supports the bank's cash management products and services that have earned recognition for excellence.

What you will do

• Serve as primary contact via phone for clients and various units in the research and resolution of problems and inquiries. Consistently exercise discretion and judgment when interacting with clients to determine present and future needs and discuss progress toward solutions. Ensure client satisfaction.


• Act as liaison between client and other bank units to resolve problems and comply with client requests.


• Coordinate with clients, account officers, and appropriate departments to ensure that clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.


• Facilitate and deliver virtual training conference calls.


• Provide feedback and collaborate with subject matter experts to understand new product offerings and/or enhancements.


• Provide feedback and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials and methodology are up-to-date and relevant, to guarantee a positive and seamless client experience.
