Job summary

Bridgewater Bank in Minnesota is seeking a highly organized Treasury Management Analyst to support the Treasury Management team. You will serve as liaison between Treasury Management and other Bridgewater Bank departments, and act as a point of contact for clients when the team is unavailable.

This role focuses on administrative duties, client onboarding, documentation, scheduling, and preparing reports. The successful candidate will have 3–5 years in banking and strong Microsoft Office skills,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of banking/financial services experience.
• Prior experience as Treasury Analyst, Personal Banker or Account Executive preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Attention to detail with professional organizational, written, and communication skills.
• Client facing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Treasury Management team.
• Onboard new clients and manage transitions.
• Manage documentation and paperwork.
• Interact with clients and manage correspondence.
• Schedule meetings with sales team and clients.
• Collect client documentation.
• Prepare CIP cards.
• Assist in obtaining signatures.
• Liaise between Treasury Management and other Bridgewater Bank departments.
• Collaborate with Treasury Management to collect paperwork.
• Ensure timely responses to clients.
• Prepare sales materials.
• Produce cost comparisons, proposals, and timelines.
• Provide monthly Treasury Management reports.
• Serve as client resource when sales team unavailable.
• Answer general banking and Treasury Management questions.
