Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Advisor II to acquire and develop profitable treasury management relationships, while retaining and deepening existing customer connections. This role emphasizes prospecting, proposals, and cross-selling within a collaborative banking environment.

You will partner with regional teams, structure product pricing, and drive sales metrics through regular plans and reviews.

Qualifications

• Three+ years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience (4+ years) in banking/treasury.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• CTP or other professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing treasury management relationships.
• Pricing and structuring treasury products; preparing customer proposals.
• Builds internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities.
• Cross-sells other bank products and monitors competitor offerings for improvements.
• Proactive management of Banker relationships with 1:1s and relationship plans.
• Track weekly/monthly sales results and ensure timely data entry and accuracy.
• Assist outbound calling initiatives to offer new solutions and position Huntington as primary banking relationship.
• May mentor Treasury Management colleagues.
• Acts as a positive change agent as Huntington evolves products and strategies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

The Treasury Management Advisor II acquires and develops new profitable and quality treasury management relationships. Also, retains and deepens existing customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Sales Prospecting
• Product pricing and structuring
• Customer proposals
• Proactively builds internal relationships with regional partners and relationship managers to drive TM opportunities
• Cross sells other bank products, and stays current on competitor offerings to suggest product improvements
• Proactive management of Banker relationship, including routine 1:1’s, development and execution of relationship plans, pipeline reviews, pre-call plans, partner plans, and joint calling
• Responsible for maintaining and managing to weekly and monthly sales results and ensure the timely entering of weekly data and monitor for accuracy
• Assists in outbound calling initiatives offer new solutions to clients and ensure Huntington as our customer’s primary banking relationship
• May mentor other Treasury Management colleagues
• Responsible for being a positive change agent as Huntington evolves its products and strategies
• Performs other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• Three or more years banking experience with a focus on treasury management/cash management
• Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent experience of 4 or more years in banking and/or Treasury Management in lieu of degree

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Three or more years of Treasury Management Experience
• CTP or other professional designation #LI-OnSite
