Job summary

Vantage West is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to drive revenue and deepen member engagement through end-to-end treasury management solutions for business members. You will lead product expansion, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration with Commercial and Retail teams to grow the commercial treasury portfolio.

The role emphasizes risk-aware advice, audit support, and training across departments; strong MS Office and treasury software knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience at a financial institution with treasury/cash management exposure.
• Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred; professional certifications appreciated.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and treasury-related software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage cash management products and grow commercial treasury relationships.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for complex client suites (ACH origination, RDC, Positive Pay).
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase fee income while managing risk.
• Coordinate reviews with Compliance, Operations, and Information Security.
• Deliver training on treasury products to internal teams and clients.

Skills

5+ years experience in financials

Treasury/cash management experience

Strong MS Office skills

Education

Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field

CTP or Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) designation
