Job summary

Vantage West Credit Union is seeking a Treasury Management Specialist to drive revenue growth and deepen member engagement through end-to-end treasury management expansion for commercial portfolios.

The role requires deep treasury expertise, cross-team collaboration with Commercial sales and Retail, and a focus on cash flow optimization, fraud prevention, and efficient payment processing. Final salary depends on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher not required if experience aligns; degree or equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum five years in financial institution environment with treasury/cash mgmt exposure.
• CTP/AAP designation is a plus; familiarity with treasury tools is desired.

Responsibilities

• Manage cash management product suite and collaborate with partners to keep the portfolio competitive.
• Proactively identify commercial members for treasury services and present tailored proposals.
• Lead onboarding and configuration for complex client suites (ACH origination, RDC, Positive Pay).
• Recommend treasury solutions within risk parameters to grow the portfolio and assist branches.
• Coordinate reviews with Compliance, Operations, InfoSec and vendors; document actions and improvements.
• Deliver training on product, process, risk, and implementation to staff across departments.
• Resolve complex issues by coordinating across teams and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
• Maintain internal documentation for procedures and guides for retail staff.
• Handle moderately complex member issues related to operations; escalate when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
