NYSIF's Treasury Department is seeking an Intern to support data entry, cost recoveries, and treasury reporting. The Student Assistant will help update receipts, manage a shared mailbox, and review spreadsheets for action items.

The role requires you to be enrolled in a NYS college or university with at least two years completed and a minimum 3.0 GPA, and the ability to work 10 hours per week (winter break hours possible). Telecommuting options may be available.

• Experience in date entry, data cleaning, and statistical analysis.
• Active enrollment in a NYS college/university or NYS resident attending out-of-state.
• Completed at least two years of college; part-time may qualify.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or equivalent.
• Able to work at least 10 hours per week; winter break hours preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Update and track receipts and responses for medical cost recoveries.
• Review a shared mailbox and take action depending on the item.
• Review spreadsheets and identify items needing action.
• Add data to spreadsheets.
• Treasury data analysis and reporting as required.
