Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) invites applications for a part-time Treasury Management & Government Banking Junior Analyst in Upstate New York.

The role supports Treasury Management, Government Banking, and Commercial Banking teams with data reporting, analysis, and administrative tasks. You will help gather customer and portfolio data, prepare dashboards and management reports, and assist with special projects while collaborating with multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and distributing recurring and ad hoc departmental reports.
• Gather, organize, and maintain data related to Treasury Management, Government Banking, and Commercial Banking activities.
• Update tracking spreadsheets, databases, reports, dashboards, and departmental records.
• Assist with sales, referral, pipeline, and customer activity reporting.
• Support the preparation of presentations, meeting materials, and management reports.
• Assist in preparing reporting packages for Treasury Management, Government Banking, and Commercial Banking.
• Review reports for accuracy and escalate discrepancies as appropriate.
• Maintain reporting schedules and assist with report distribution.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to Treasury Management Officers, Government Banking Officers, Commercial Banking Officers, and department management.
