Job summary

Community Bank, N.A. in Upstate New York is seeking a part-time Treasury Management & Government Banking Junior Analyst to support reporting, data collection, and daily operations across Treasury Management, Government Banking, and Commercial Banking teams.

You will assist with preparing reports, maintaining data, dashboards, and presentations, and help drive process improvements under the guidance of the Senior Analyst.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, accounting, data analytics, or related field preferred.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Up to two years of banking or data-related experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and data reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc departmental reports.
• Gather, organize, and maintain data for Treasury Management, Government Banking, and Commercial Banking.
• Update spreadsheets, databases, reports, dashboards, and records.
• Support sales, referral, pipeline, and customer activity reporting.
• Assist with presentations and management reports.
• Assist with reporting packages for Treasury Management, Government Banking, and Commercial Banking.
• Collaborate with multiple departments for reporting and analysis.
• Assist with audits, process improvements, and documentation.
