What You’ll Be Responsible For

As a Treasury Integrations Manager, you will lead cross-functional initiatives across Treasury, Product, and other teams. Your responsibilities include evaluating banking relationships, supporting business case development, onboarding, and operational readiness. You will review product launch proposals related to Treasury, focusing on Integrations, Operations, Execution, Reserve Management & Strategy, and Risk. Additionally, you will seek to optimize processes through innovative tools and technology.

What You'll Work On

• Developing and documenting business needs for Treasury with input from subject-matter experts.
• Supporting integration projects such as feature updates, banking integrations, and Treasury Management Systems.
• Creating project plans from a Treasury perspective.
• Reviewing product project plans, designs, and features for Treasury impact.
• Collaborating with Product, SMEs, and Treasury leads to define project scope and requirements.
• Supporting roadmap planning, including resource evaluation.
• Partnering with Treasury to understand roles and responsibilities.
• Communicating project updates within the Treasury team.

Core Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, financial services, or payments industry.
• Critical thinking skills, ability to understand complex topics and define problems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for translating information and coordinating feedback.
• Proven collaborative problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders and SMEs.
• Practical experience in process documentation and reporting.
• Familiarity with generative AI models (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) and prompt development.

Preferred Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Highly proficient technical writing skills.
• Experience with Slack, MacOS, and GSuite.

Additional Information
