Job Description Summary
We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Backend-Focused Midlevel Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, with experience in full stack development. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with system engineers, frontend developers, and software developers to implement solutions that are aligned with and extend shared platforms and solutions.
- Apply principles of SDLC and methodologies like Lean/Agile/XP, CI, Software and Product Security, Scalability, Documentation Practices, refactoring, and Testing Techniques.
- Write code that meets standards and delivers desired functionality using the technology selected for the project.
- Build features such as web services and queries on existing tables.
- Understand performance parameters and assess application performance.
Education Qualification (Outside USA)
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, OR Associates degree with at least 5 years of experience, OR High School Diploma with at least 7 years of experience.
- Note: Military experience is considered equivalent to professional experience.

Technical Expertise
- Experience with back-end technologies such as JAVA Spring Boot.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as Vue.js and AngularJS.
- Experience with database tools (JPA, Hibernate, JDBC, Spring Data).
- Comfortable building features like web services and queries on existing tables.
- Familiarity with Lean/Agile/XP methodologies and continuous integration (CI).
- Understanding of how technology choices impact the software development life cycle.

Additional Information for US Candidates
The base pay range is $93,000-$155,000 USD, influenced by experience, education, and skills. The position includes eligibility for annual bonuses and other benefits as described.
