About the Role

Coinbase is seeking an Enterprise Product Manager to lead projects that transform technology into critical business value. In this role, you'll focus on enterprise integrations, workflow automation, and AI-driven solutions to empower internal users across Coinbase’s operations and engineering teams. You will be responsible for managing over 100+ business systems (including Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Amazon Connect, and JIRA). This is an exciting opportunity to leverage automation, integrations, and AI to drive scalable solutions and elevate Coinbase’s enterprise capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Build relationships with business unit stakeholders and product/engineering managers to understand business strategies, requirements, and scope.
  • Product Roadmap Management: Manage ideation, demand, business cases, and roadmaps across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Workflows & Automation: Own product development for complex workflows focused on enterprise integrations, process automation, and data flows from conception to launch.
  • Functional & Non-Functional Requirements: Document requirements and ensure Engineering teams have a backlog of 4-6 weeks of refined work.
  • Deliverables: Manage quarterly objectives and work against a defined project/product release schedule.
  • Efficiency Recommendations: Propose methods for improving efficiency to support key business partners.
  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Coordinate and run UAT processes and sign-offs as needed.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Plan and coordinate across multiple product and engineering teams, ensuring successful adoption of new capabilities.
  • Standards & Metrics: Work with architects and engineering managers to specify design, performance, and security standards for integrations. Define and analyze metrics to guide product development.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with all levels of staff, including executives.
What Coinbase is Looking For
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in SaaS companies, with experience in enterprise integrations or enterprise data management.
  • Hands-on experience with AI automations, API integrations, and business process automation.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise apps (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, Slack) and integration tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Airflow, Workato).
  • Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) and cloud services.
  • Strong prioritization skills and experience communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience writing PRDs, defining personas, and user stories.
  • Background working in an Agile environment and collaborating closely with engineering teams on roadmap execution.
  • Experience defining non-functional requirements such as Automation, CI/CD, Security, and performance testing.
  • Vendor management and third-party software implementations experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take initiative from start to finish.
Nice to Haves:
  • Prior experience in engineering or software development roles.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure and programming languages.
  • Advanced understanding of tools like G-Suite, Slack, LeanIX, JIRA, Confluence.
  • Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
