• Drive the MDM design and develop the solution.
• Produce, rationalize, and maintain MDM business and technical requirements, architecture, and design.
• Participated in development of data mapping specifications for ingestion from sources into MDM solutions.
• Experience with open-source technologies and methods to meet the MDM and de-duplication requirements.
• Implemented integration strategies for MDM ingress and egress.
• Technology agnostic approach to design and execute MDM solutions.
  

Requirements:

• Exposure to and conceptual understanding of data integration tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with iterative development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Related certifications in the field of data management.
• Completed a migration/data conversion project.
• Basic understanding of match and merge concepts for mastering data.
• Drive Proof of Concept (POC) and Proof of Technology (POT) evaluation on interoperable technology platforms."

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience working with data-related initiatives (MDM, Data Quality, Migration, Integration, etc.).
• 5+ years of experience with end to end solutioning with one of the leading platforms like IDMC, Profisee or Reltio.
• 5+ years of experience leading data-related initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in data management, computer science or related fields.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $132,098 to $305,781. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.

This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
