Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury project lead to drive end-to-end design, development, and implementation of enterprise-wide applications. You will collaborate with business partners to define strategies, determine requirements, and translate them into functional designs for complex technical solutions.

You will work with developers and testers to ensure accurate implementation, manage timelines, and support revenue realization while meeting client expectations across Treasury Payments,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of applicable work experience in the industry.
• Min 1 year experience in treasury services.
• Strong knowledge Treasury Payments, Receipts and Information Reporting products with the ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
• Strong communication skills to work with clients and internal partners to deliver clear requirements.

Responsibilities

• Builds trust and confidence with clients and ensure the bank effectively delivers an excellent client experience during these technically complex implementations.
• Works closely with business partners to define strategies for technical solutions, determines requirements, and develops functional designs based on the analysis of line of business needs, objectives and existing systems infrastructure.
• Drives and participates in design, development and implementation of large and complex enterprise wide applications, often using new technologies.
• Works closely with developers and testers to ensure requirements and functional designs are translated accurately into working technical designs, including testing plans and scripts that serve customer needs.
• Oversees the delivery and execution of the project in line with agreed delivery timelines, driving the participants for the Bank to realize new revenue at the earliest opportunity, and to meet client expectations.
