Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Treasury Technical Consultant to support onboarding of large corporate clients, focusing on complex treasury services implementations and data transmissions. You will consult with clients, gather requirements, and act as a primary technical liaison to product teams.

The role emphasizes strong knowledge of payments, reporting, and formats (NACHA, EDI, XML) along with excellent analytical, communication and mentoring abilities.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Treasury Payments, Receipts and Information Reporting products.
• Knowledge of data transmissions and connectivity including HTTPS, FTP/SSL, SFTP, AS2, SWIFT.
• Knowledge of NACHA, EDI, XML formats.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication to gather requirements and explain options.
• Interpersonal skills including mentoring and team collaboration.
• Ability to read and explain file specifications and verify data formatting.
• Attention to detail while maintaining big-picture view.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical contact for treasury service implementations with large corporate clients.
• Consult with clients, define requirements, and coordinate with product teams.
• Build trust and ensure excellent client experience during complex setups.
• Collaborate with treasury sales, implementation, and services staff to onboard clients.
