Job summary

Watermark Bank is seeking a Treasury Management Officer in Oklahoma City to collaborate with Relationship Managers on acquiring and expanding commercial relationships through tailored Treasury and liquidity solutions.

You will lead discovery, design proposals, and manage a pipeline to support deposit growth and Treasury fee income, while guiding implementation and ongoing client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/finance/related field.
• Five+ years of Treasury Management sales or equivalent commercial banking sales experience.
• CTP designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial Treasury and liquidity solutions, systems, operations, and risk considerations.
• Ability to travel within the assigned market and to client locations as needed.
• Executive presence to lead consultative conversations with business owners and CFOs.

Responsibilities

• Develop market plans with Relationship Managers to identify deposit growth opportunities.
• Originate Treasury opportunities through calls, referrals, and market activities.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline to support growth goals.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client cash flow and liquidity needs.
• Design and present tailored Treasury solutions and pricing proposals.
• Lead the Treasury sales process from discovery to close and ensure smooth handoff to implementation.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic Treasury relationships with focus on retention and fee income.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and forecast information.
