Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Treasury Management Consultants to execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and deepen client relationships.
• Engage in the sales process by identifying new business opportunities and supporting cross-sell efforts across the Treasury Management product suite.
• Prepare profitability analyses and profiling for current and prospective relationships to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop pricing strategies and financial models to evaluate client relationships.
• Coordinate with partners to ensure timely billing of treasury services and prepare proposals, RFIs, and RFPs.
• Manage pipeline activity, Salesforce reporting, and forecasting in partnership with TMCs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ONB TM products and services for internal and external sharing.
• Prepare client-facing materials including pricing models and analyses to upsell TM services.
• Participate in client meetings and events to build pipeline and strengthen engagement.
• Contribute to achieving team revenue targets and support growth of the Treasury Management business.
