The Treasury Management Analyst (TMA) serves as a key contributor to the growth and success of the Treasury Management business. This role supports new business development by partnering closely with the Treasury Management Consultant (TMC) to drive revenue growth, strengthen client retention, and enhance the overall client experience. The TMA is actively engaged throughout the entire sales lifecycle, providing strategic insights, analytical support, client engagement and coordination to advance portfolio growth and deliver a best‑in‑class client experience. This role supports our Commercial Banking segment.
They are responsible for building and collaborating with others to identify and engage an effective network of internal and external relationships to acquire new clients and/or expand existing client relationships all while enhancing the client experience - they seamlessly partner to deliver the entire bank to the client by ensuring clients know ONB's products and services and how those can be leveraged to maximize client achievement of desired goals and outcomes.
The salary range for this position is $55,100 - $104,000 per year plus bonus. The base salary indicated for this position reflects the compensation range applicable to all levels of the role across the United States. Actual salary offers within this range may vary based on a number of factors, including the specific responsibilities of the position, the candidate's relevant skills and professional experience, educational qualifications, and geographic location.
