Job summary

Full Circle Electronics is seeking an Accounting, Treasury & FP&A Analyst to join our finance team in a hybrid capacity. You will support month-end close, manage cash, and drive forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis.

The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in accounting/FP&A, and strong Excel skills with GAAP knowledge. Collaboration across teams and process enhancements are key parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum three years of accounting, FP&A, or finance experience including month-end close and reconciliations.
• Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables) and GAAP knowledge.
• Ability to build cash flow forecasts and work with ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines during month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Support month-end close and exacting reconciliations.
• Monitor cash position and assist with banking activities and cash forecasting.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; manage an advanced Excel workbook.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports for senior management as needed.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and improve financial processes.
