Full Circle Electronics Group LLC in Elk Grove Village, IL is seeking an Accounting, Treasury & FP&A Analyst to join the finance team. The role blends core accounting, treasury, and financial planning and analysis, supporting month-end close, cash position management, and forecasting.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, AP/AR/cash support, 13-week cash flow forecast, budgeting, variance analysis, and cross-functional financial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum three years of accounting/FP&A experience including month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and cash management or forecasting.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and understanding GAAP.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments; assist with the monthly close checklist and deadlines.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research variances; provide cash management support.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis; support reports for senior management.
