Job summary

Full Circle Electronics LLC, based in Elk Grove Village, IL, seeks an Accounting, Treasury & FP&A Analyst to support the month-end close, cash management, and financial planning processes. This hybrid role blends core accounting with FP&A duties to inform business decisions and forecast performance.

You will work on cash forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and collaboration with multiple departments to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and adjustments; assist with monthly close deadlines.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and research variances.
• Provide backup for accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payments.
• Monitor daily bank activity and cash positions; assist with payments, wires, and ACH activity.
• Maintain the 13-week cash forecast and communicate liquidity trends to finance leadership.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze financial data and prepare ad-hoc reports for senior management as needed.
• Help develop financial models and support the budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.
• Track key financial metrics, identify costs and revenue trends, and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data and support informed decision-making.
• Contribute to process improvements in accounting and finance tools and systems.
