Job summary

PSS Industrial Group is seeking a Financial Analyst to support treasury, FP&A reporting, budgeting, and accounting close in a hybrid work environment. The role reports to the VP of Finance & Transformation and emphasizes accurate payment processing, GL activity, and meaningful variance analysis.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically strong, and capable of collaborating across treasury, accounting, and FP&A functions to ensure timely close and high-quality reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–3+ years of financial analysis or treasury-related experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and bank portals is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a close and reporting environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist with treasury and cash management activities including payments and reconciliations.
• Support FP&A reporting, variance analysis, and budget-related tasks.
• Contribute to monthly close and year-end close processes.
• Improve reporting templates and data integrity.
