Job summary

The State of South Carolina's Department of Administration, DEA, is seeking a FI and Treasury Support Manager to oversee Treasury operations within SCEIS. This role leads banking, investments, debt management, and financial operations, coordinating with the Treasurer's Office, agencies, and vendors to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in Treasury operations, financial systems, ERP implementations, business analysis, or public sector financial management.
• Experience leading projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, supporting enterprise business systems, and managing complex business processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage Treasury-related business processes and system functionality supporting statewide financial operations.
• Provide oversight of testing, validation, documentation, and quality assurance activities supporting Treasury operations.
• Lead production support efforts to support Treasury business operations and enterprise system functionality.
• Develop stakeholder understanding and support the successful use of Treasury-related business processes and systems.
• Lead and support staff through coaching, training, and performance development.
• Streamline workflows while implementing management policies and organizational initiatives. Foster a positive, team focused environment.
• Lead business analysis efforts supporting Treasury operations and system enhancements.
• Support organizational priorities, modernization efforts, and emerging business needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
