Job summary

LUMA Energy ServCo in Puerto Rico is seeking a detail-oriented cash management specialist to support employee disbursements, customer payments, and reconciliation documentation. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies while maintaining data integrity.

The role involves collaborating with staff and cardholders, preparing regulatory-compliant reconciliation materials, and contributing to process improvements and reporting for informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1 to 3 years' experience with processing employee disbursements, customer payments, credit card transactions, and reconciliation documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day operational support for cash management activities, ensuring processes are executed accurately, timely, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintains and reviews financial records, reimbursement documentation, and transaction data to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
• Collaborates with employees and cardholders to gather information, resolve inquiries, and deliver effective service.
• Supports compliance efforts by preparing and maintaining reconciliation documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
• Provides support to projects, coordinating department processes, workflows, and initiatives.
• Prepares reports, summaries, and communications to support decision-making and departmental objectives.
• Follows established policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Participates in storm restoration tasks and drills to support reliable recovery of services.
• Performs additional tasks aligned with role expectations.
