Job summary

Network Health seeks a Director of Treasury to lead cash management, banking relationships, liquidity, and investment oversight. You will provide leadership for treasury processes and internal controls, support forecasting, and partner with finance leadership on treasury initiatives.

The role requires years of accounting experience and a strong grasp of treasury operations, with interaction across executives and external partners. Wisconsin-based, on-site preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Seven or more years of accounting experience required.
• Insurance industry experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, banking services, and cash management.
• Ability to design, implement, and monitor effective treasury controls and processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to communicate treasury, investment, and cash flow information to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations including cash management, payables, receivables, cash disbursements and claims funding.
• Serve as primary relationship manager for banking institutions, investment advisors, and other treasury partners.
• Develop and monitor cash forecasts, liquidity, and related reporting for leadership and the Board.
