Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required.
• 5+ years Treasury Operations or related finance experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Kyriba and online banking portals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Secondary for daily cash reconciliation and wire payment approvals.
• Assist with investigating and resolving cash discrepancies with internal teams and banks.
• Act as Treasury Administrator for bank platforms and prepare quarterly admin review.
• Maintain accounts and oversee feeds; open/modify/close accounts as needed.
• Ensure integrity of working capital by standardizing receipts and disbursement methods.
• Process monthly supply chain payments and calculate interest for accounting.
• Work with auditors to ensure SOX compliance.
• Participate in selecting and implementing new treasury services for internal entities.
