As a trusted banker, you’ll develop expertise in treasury management, ensure risk awareness, and contribute to department metrics through proactive service and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in treasury management, branch operations, lending or deposit sales.
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of general banking products and services.
• Regulatory and legal compliance knowledge.
• Sales and service experience in business deposits or treasury management.
• Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and proactively communicate to execute the complete client life cycle.
• Identify opportunities to promote bank products based on client needs.
• Own information flow for technical/operational processes, risk, and customer service.
• Meet or exceed service levels, cross-selling, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
