Western Alliance Bank is hiring a Preferred Banking Advisor to manage the full client life cycle with a focus on treasury management and deposits. You will serve as a subject matter expert, resolve client requests, and drive satisfaction using the bank's treasury management and lending products.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels, cross-sell opportunities, and regulatory compliance, while pursuing ongoing training and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in Treasury Management Service, Branch Banking Operations, Lending and/or Deposit Sales or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests and engage in proactive client communication to execute the complete client life cycle and promote bank products.
• Own information flow for processes, risk mitigation, and customer service; collaborate across bank divisions.
• Meet or exceed service level standards including cross-selling goals, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
